Common questions
What can I drive on an automatic licence in Victoria?
An automatic-only licence restricts you to vehicles with automatic transmission. You cannot legally drive a manual car until you upgrade.
Can I upgrade to manual later?
Yes. Once you hold your automatic licence, you can sit a manual test to remove the restriction. We offer manual lessons for the upgrade.
Can I use my own car for lessons?
Yes, provided it is roadworthy and insured. Most learners prefer our dual-control vehicle for safety and test familiarity.
